2. Product Information and Orders

• Product Representation: We strive to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of flowers and gifts, minor variations may occur.
• Substitution Policy: All flowers are subject to availability. Due to seasonal and market availability, we may substitute flowers or colors without prior approval. We reserve the right to make such substitutions at our discretion while maintaining the overall style and quality of your order.

3. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery Locations: We deliver to locations within the United Arab Emirates.
• Delivery Times: We offer estimated delivery dates and time slots. We guarantee “Same Day Delivery” in Dubai, though this may not be possible during holidays or peak times. For deliveries outside Dubai, delays up to 2 hours may occur due to traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen factors. We will coordinate any significant delivery concerns with both sender and recipient.
• Delivery Restrictions: Due to delivery restrictions by authorities on borders of different Emirates, delays may occur. We continue regular service, but delays depend on restrictions in the respective Emirate.
• Proof of Delivery: All orders require a printed name and signature upon delivery. The signature of any authorized person (e.g., offices, hospitals, hotels) is accepted as proof of delivery.
• Ownership: Ownership transfers to you upon delivery. After delivery, products are at your own risk, and we are not liable for loss or damage.
• Incorrect Information: Please enter full and accurate recipient details. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• Second Delivery: If recipient is unavailable, sender may collect the products from the branch where ordered. Second delivery in Dubai can be arranged for a minimum fee of AED 100.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as weather, traffic, or government acts.

4. Payment Methods

• We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other digital wallets shown on our website. Payments are processed securely. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.
• In some cases, delivery drivers may collect payment by cash, debit, or credit card upon delivery.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Order Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final.
• Returns and Replacements: We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. Products may be substituted as explained above. If there is an error with your delivery, please report it immediately at the time of delivery.
• Refunds: Refunds or cancellations are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
   The Bunch Box provides its website and services “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding operation or content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bunch Box disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use our services or products. Our total liability does not exceed the order price.
7. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bunch Box, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or costs arising from your use of services or breach of terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes related to your use of The Bunch Box services or products will be resolved by binding arbitration in the UAE under Dubai law.

   The Bunch Box may terminate your account and access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of terms.

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by The Bunch Box or its content suppliers and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not use or distribute any content without written permission.
